Our client, a consulting firm specialising in employee investigations, culture, and HR consulting solutions is looking to expand its team. They are looking for an Employment Lawyer or an Investigations professional to join their investigations team, for an assignment of 6-12 months in duration, with potential for further extension and/or permanency.

Individuals looking for Fixed Term assignments paying a pro rata annual salary, and/or those looking for daily rate engagements are encouraged to apply.

The assignment is to start ASAP, and will be well suited to Employment Lawyers or Investigators with upwards of 4 years' experience in handling workplace, employee and culture investigations.

The team work closely with an array of very impressive clients, to include law firms, corporates, and significant non-for-profit organisations, in providing a full range of people intelligence services. One of the core pillars of service offered by the team are investigations into conduct, cultural and people issues.

The team advise, manage, conduct and support investigations, handling complex and competing issues in complaint handling such as conduct, culture, diversity, inclusion, equity, anonymity, safeguarding, crisis and risk and safety.

Investigations conducted by the team can cover the following areas and allegations (please note, this is a non-exhaustive list): harassment; assault; bullying; racism; abuse of power, coercion and control; whistleblowing; alleged criminal misconduct including financial crime, theft and fraud; regulatory misconduct; workplace practices and processes; environmental investigations; performance; data and confidentiality breaches; reputational investigations and integrity investigations.

Successful applicants are likely to be qualified employment Lawyers or investigators, with upwards of 4 years' experience in handling workplace and employee investigations.

A hybrid working policy is in place, with individuals generally spending 2-3 days per week in London, however, this can fluctuate depending on client requirements.
