Our client is an award-winning, market-leading IFA firm with offices in Surrey. The business has partnered with Vision-FS Recruitment to find a part-time Employee Benefits & Payroll Administrator to join its rapidly expanding team based in Guildford. The firm specialises in giving whole of market financial advice on investments, pensions, protection, inheritance tax planning and employee benefits. The Employee Benefits & Payroll Administrator role is a hybrid position offering home working.
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Advice & Payroll, the Employee Benefits & Payroll Administrator's key job duties will include:
- Liaising with our corporate clients and obtaining the required data for each months’ payroll
- Setting new clients up on our payroll system Staffology
- Updating our payroll system each month with employment/pay changes
- Running annual P11ds and employee benefits return
- Liaise with pension scheme providers to ensure all client pension arrangements are in order
- Deal with inquiries from HMRC and client
Supporting the corporate team with general benefits administration, this will include:
- Conducting market and product research
- Preparing quotes and negotiating terms for new and existing benefit schemes
- Preparation of recommendation reports for new and existing clients
- Handling employee and employer queries on benefits
- Supporting employees making policy claims
The successful candidate for the Employee Benefits & Payroll Administrator vacancy will receive:
- A salary of up to £30,000 (pro rata/15 hours per week)

- Previous administration experience essential
- Experience either in benefits administration or payroll administration preferred
- Experience working directly with clients
