If you have experience of dealing with employee benefits administration, and are looking for a new challenge, then we have an exciting new role which could be perfect for you. This is best suited to professionals with at least 2+ years’ employee benefits administration who are looking to utilise their expertise whilst working for a leading national advisory business. You will benefit from joining a large team where you will receive support, hybrid working and a competitive benefits package.

Business

This business provides financial advice to over 30,000 individuals and businesses across the UK, and due to their growth plans, there will be opportunities to progress further within the business.

This role is located in the Edgbaston office.

Role

You will be supporting the financial planners within an employee benefit setting, working directly with businesses to provide comprehensive benefits packages to employees across the country.

These duties will of the role all centre around providing fantastic service to our existing and new corporate clients. This might include managing the renewal process of group protection schemes or group pension arrangements. In addition, you will speak to and build excellent relationships with our corporate clients ensuring that their benefits needs are met. You may also be a point of contact for the employees of these clients answering queries and dealing with requests where required.
