Our client a very well established leading financial services provider specialising in Employee Benefits and Wealth Management solutions are looking to recruit an additional employee benefits consultant to support our existing clients.

As a consultant you will be responsible for providing consultancy services to new and existing corporate clients to promote Employee Benefits services. It is important that you have had experience in this area previously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for hosting financial education workshops and presenting staff benefits using power point to groups of employees varying in number
  • Conduct one-to-one advice appointments with employees regarding their workplace pension and employee benefits
  • Deal with queries via email and telephone from new and existing clients
  • Be able to identify opportunities and client needs and refer business leads of mortgage and wealth management to the team around you.
  • Conduct and follow the financial Advice process following all service standards and rules for a compliant outcome and an outstanding client experience.

Experience, Knowledge & Essential Attributes

  • You must be currently working as an Employee Benefit Consultant/IFA/Financial Advisor
  • Have at least 1 year’s relevant face-to-face experience
  • Full diploma qualification preferred, or working towards diploma status
  • Pension and salary sacrifice knowledge required
  • Excellent communication skills and high standards of literacy essential
  • Be able to prioritise work
  • Work well within a team and independently, being able to prioritise work.
