Our client, a reputable insurance firm renowned for their commitment to excellence and client-centric approach, is seeking an Employee Benefits Consultant to join their dynamic team.

About the Role:

  • As an Employee Benefits Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and cultivating new client relationships within the corporate sector.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Identifying and prospecting new client relationships with the aim of establishing a robust portfolio of corporate clients.
  • Collaborating closely with the management team to develop local marketing strategies and participate in events to enhance the company's presence.
  • Building and nurturing your personal network of introducers to expand business opportunities.
  • Handling new business enquiries received through various channels, including the company website and existing introducers.
  • Identifying cross-sell opportunities to maximise revenue streams.
  • Maintaining strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service and support.
  • Consulting with corporate clients to gain insights into their employee benefits needs and objectives.
  • Crafting and presenting customised employee benefits solutions aligned with client goals.
  • Working collaboratively with the team to ensure successful implementation and ongoing management of employee benefits programs.
  • Conducting employee education programs, including one-on-one meetings and group presentations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Employee Benefits Consultant.
  • Strong business development and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to understand and analyse client needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Knowledge of products and industry regulations.
  • Self-motivated with a drive for results and success.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • GR1 and IF7 desirable
