Employee Benefits Consultant (Group Health & Risk)

Salary: £40k - £50k + Quarterly bonus (20-35% of salary and uncapped) + great benefit package

Location: Brighton (remote/hybrid working available)

Hours: Mon - Fri 9am - 17.30pm

Have you got a proven background in employee benefits dealing with group risk and healthcare products and want to work for an expanding organisation that offers further study and a great benefit and the opportunity to either work remotely or hybrid options.

You will have a proven track record advising and consulting clients on group risk/healthcare products, advising a portfolio of existing clients on their risk & healthcare strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Liasing with clients and conducting meetings and undertaking fact finding meetings.
• Presenting recommendations and ensuring you are advising clients on the best policies available on the whole of market.
• Advising on insurance benefits (group risk and group healthcare products)
• Covering flexible benefits and benefits technology.
• Benefits benchmarking and communication.
• Dealing with new enquiries that come into the business.
• Presenting to clients and their workforce.
• Updating the details accurately on the CRM system and ensuring adherence to FCA regulations and compliance.

• Great communication and presentation skills.
• CII qualified and GR1 and or IF7 would be an advantage.
