Established wealth management practice with a team of highly qualified and experienced employee benefit advisers and financial planners and who service both private and corporate clients nationally are expanding their Whiteley office.

This would suit a ambitious individual who has started their studies towards the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning. You will be experienced within a EB administration role and be competent in most aspects of GPP, GIP, DIS, PMI and auto enrollment.

As the Employee Benefits Client Services Manager your main duty is to deliver a high touch and professional service to Employee Benefits clients, whilst providing competent and proactive administration of their schemes.

Benefits such as, 2 days homeworking per week, agile working hours, 3% employer contribution, 25 days holiday plus ability to buy & sell days and many more including private medical, death in service, income protection...

Day to day...

  • Delivery of high quality, professional and caring service to clients both external and internal.
  • Processing of new and existing group risk and auto enrollment business including the production of suitability reports and other various reporting required throughout the life-cycle of the client.
  • Scheme maintenance including aspects such as contribution uploads, renewals, joiners, leavers, etc.
  • Assist with monthly invoicing and fee reconciliation.
  • Ensuring client information is fully documented, meets all relevant regulatory and company standards, and is continuously maintained.
