One of the UK's top Accountancy Firms are seeking an Employee Benefits Administrator to join their team in their fantastic city based offices!

A leading UK Accountancy firm are seeking an Employee Benefits Administrator to support the Corporate Employee Benefit Consultants and Clients in the ongoing servicing of existing clients and the processing of new business, whilst striving to exceed expectations to ensure clients receive a consistent, high level of service and support.

Reporting directly into the Consultants, the Employee Benefits Administrator will:

  • Provide administrative support for new and existing clients for defined contribution workplace pension schemes
  • Prioritise and process client and member queries keeping client and consultant up to date with progress
  • Complete follow up actions from client meetings in line with instructions from Consultant, liaising with both client and pension provider as required
  • Ensure a clear audit trail is maintained for all client records
  • Process pension contribution uploading files monthly in accordance with service standards and regulatory deadlines
  • Manage open market scheme reviews, in conjunction with the Consultant, for new defined contribution workplace pension schemes
  • Ensure compliance documents are accurate and up to date
  • Check and issue policy documentation
  • Draft proposition documents, reports and presentations for consultants
  • Process joiners and leavers.
  • Dealing with fee and invoice enquiries; issuing and monitoring payments.
  • Ensure templates/documents are updated and in the right place, workflow management. * Inputting and ongoing maintenance of data on internal systems ensuring the information is accurate and up to date.
  • Strong, broad knowledge on the products and providers available on the open market.
  • Adhering to strict FCA regulations and internal policy and procedure.

As the Employee Benefits Administrator you must have:

  • Prior experience in a similar role.
  • A broad understanding of defined contribution workplace pension schemes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Ability to build and nurture professional relationships
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Relevant professional industry qualifications desirable or a commitment to obtaining them.

In return the company are offering a competitive salary of up to £32,000 with a generous benefit package.
