Are you currently an Employment Advisor looking to take the next step? You will be working in a partnership role for a charity supporting job seekers back into employment.

The role has 3 key functions:
  1.  Develop relationships to secure more referrals with partner providers and JCP’s.
  2. Build up a network of partner providers who can support your current job seekers (think self-employment support / national careers service providers / wellbeing services / food bank / education courses).  This will involve being guided by the front-line advisors for what it most at need with the service.
  3. Assess the impact partner providers are having on customers as well as sharing and publishing good news stories.

This is an office-based role in Hounslow, where you will travel around the borough for meetings with other providers and partner organisations.

You must have employability experience and will have previously engaged with and worked with external partners in a proactive way to form partnerships.  So, an employment advisor (or job coach, employer engagement consultant or careers advisor) with some outreach or partnership experience would be a great fit.

Please apply via this advert – everyone gets a response.  If by chance you have not heard anything, do feel free to call the office and ask for James (or equally call if you want to talk to someone first before applying – number is on the Red 5 People website).

Please note, this role is offered initially as a 12 month contract, however it is likely to extend a further 12 months.
