Overview:

Working for a independent Charity, you will be responsible for building and leading a new employability programme, creating partnerships with organisations, and supporting individuals in their journey towards employment, education, or training.

A typical week:

  • Create & implement programme structure model
  • Recruit & induct programme participants
  • Deliver training sessions individually & in groups
  • Develop & nurture external relationships

You'll need the following for this role:

  • Confident delivering training & workshops
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Experience with unemployed individuals (desirable)
  • Car driver (essential)
