We have an exciting opportunity for a candidate with SEND knowledge, to work supporting young people to find employment and assisting senior members of the team to establish careers potential for young people as soon as they exit education. This is full time onsite position working Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Booking onsite work experience placements
  • Liaising with senior team members to support individuals into external careers experience
  • Supporting and coaching students through their new opportunities
  • Helping individuals overcome personal barriers
  • Administration of records and evidence of learning and development
  • Working closely with the team to progress new employment opportunities
  • Providing coaching and skill development support to individuals with their placements

Requirements

  • Experience working to support young people with SEND
  • Ability to inspire and motivate – confident manner
  • Full UK Driving License with own vehicle
  • Core Maths and English skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint ideal
  • Excellent administration, organisational and problem solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
