Embedded AI Software Engineer (Grenoble Area, France)

Highly regarded cutting-edge hardware and software solutions provider to the high-performance computing sector are looking for an experienced Software Engineer with experience of Artificial Intelligence (AI) development and optimisation. As part of a team, you will be working on developing software tools and libraries to optimise neural network performance collaborating with hardware engineers, architects, and other developers. You will collaborate to push the limits of processor capabilities and develop software to leverage these. You will gain an understanding of Neural network models and algorithms to optimise and improve performance and integration. They are looking for someone with a strong programming background in Python & C/C++ with experience of software optimisation techniques including parallelisation, vectorisation, and memory optimisation. You will a solid understanding of neural network architecture and algorithms. They are looking for someone with a strong academic background coupled with solid industry experience within a challenging technical environment. You will need strong communication skills including good written and verbal experience as well as ideally some French language knowledge. The role has a hybrid work style, and they need someone within the Grenoble area with the ability to be in the office at least 2 days a week. They require someone with the right to work in the EU / France without the need for sponsorship.
