We are looking for an Email & Affiliate Marketing Assistant to join an established retailer with successful eCommerce sites as well as stores across the UK. You will be responsible for running multiple campaigns that will drive traffic to the European D2C websites. This is the ideal opportunity for a digital marketing executive/assistant who is looking to take that step up and specialise or someone with extensive email and affiliate experience.

What you’ll be doing?

Reporting directly into the Marketing & CRM Manager, the email & affiliate marketing assistant will be responsible for working with large budgets to deliver an email calendar whilst working with the digital designer. You will handle all of the creative briefing (including copywriting) and schedule the emails whilst tracking and reviewing performance using Salesforce.

You will also be responsible for owning all affiliate activity in partnership with an external agency. You’ll manage all the affiliate plans and use data to identify and execute opportunities whilst making sure all campaigns are within budget.

What you’ll need to apply?

  • Previous experience running both email and affiliate campaigns
  • Experience of working within an eCommerce business
  • Working knowledge of email platforms
  • Additional spoken language – Ideally French or German
  • Data reporting and analytical skills
  • A good understanding of using Google Analytics and other similar tools
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and excellent written English
  • Creative mind with an eye for detail
