Role Summary:
The Emerging Markets Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing and expanding the bank’s portfolio of UK real money clients. This entails the provision of sophisticated investment solutions and the delivery of market insights and opportunities within the EM Rates and FX domains. The ideal candidate will have good experience across EM rates (swaps) and FX.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with a broad range of institutional clients, including asset managers, pension funds, and insurance companies.
  • Provide expert analysis of market conditions, offering tailored advice and solutions to meet client investment goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, leveraging research, strategy, and trading insights to inform client engagements.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards across all activities.
  • Drive the achievement of sales targets through strategic planning and execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. Professional qualifications such as CFA are advantageous.
  • Demonstrable experience in financial sales or trading with a focus on emerging markets and FX.
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial markets, products, and the regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively.
  • Proven track record of building and sustaining client relationships.
