Overview

ASQ International is working with a boutique type school in Kuwait needing an Elementary School Principal for an August 2024 Start. If you possess the vision and expertise to guide young minds to flourish in a vibrant, Common Core-aligned elementary school, this could be the role for you. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join a dedicated team and lead the schools’ students, staff, and families towards excellence.

The ideal candidate

  • Master's degree in Education
  • Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of and commitment to Common Core State Standards
  • Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with students, staff, families, and the community
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Data-driven decision-making and a commitment to continuous improvement
