Are you looking for an exciting new Electronic Design Engineer job, and to join an expanding team, facilitating product growth and development? My client are a fast-growing Oil and Gas company who are global leaders in innovation, development, and operation of wireless down-hole systems.

During this role, you will be supporting the expanding R&D team, with the opportunity for this role to evolve into carrying significant responsibility.

In this Electronic Design Engineer job based in Edinburgh you will be:

- Designing electronics for surface and downhole tools, including analysis, schematic capture, and simulation

- Developing hardware and software for testing and production

- Planning, preparing and conducting the qualification of new designs and technology

- Generating engineering reports and operating and build procedures

- Maintaining clear documentation on design & test development

- Degree qualification in Electronics Engineering.

- Previous experience in electronic design

- Experience with schematic capture and simulation.
