We are currently seeking skilled Electricians to join our esteemed client family and contribute to the creation of our world-renowned, award-winning product range. Ideal candidates for this Electrician role will possess relevant experience in electronics, whether from a construction, manufacturing background, or hold a recognized Electrical qualification.

Based at either our client Shipyards in Poole, Dorset, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in our award-winning workforce, truly becoming an integral part of the client family.

Responsibilities Overview

As an Electrician at our clients base, you will be involved in tasks such as working with trunking and conduit runs, wiring AC and DC appliances, and crafting wiring looms based on build specifications. With ample opportunities for customer variation across a renowned product range, our clients Electricians are instrumental in creating something truly exceptional.

Work Patterns and Compensation

Flexible working patterns are offered including day and night shifts, with opportunities for overtime.

Competitive pay rates range

Work Schedule:
Day Shift: Monday-Friday, 07:00-15:30
Night Shift: Monday-Thursday, 18:00-04:00 Weekend overtime opportunities available

Pay Rates effective from the 4th March 2024:
£14.00p/h PAYE (Semi-Skilled)
£15.05-£16.05p/h PAYE (Skilled)
£20.06p/h - £21.40p/h PAYE - Nights
Overtime paid at increased rates.
