Electrician

Electrician required for our client, a well-established company who provide professional and high-quality construction, refurbishment, building maintenance and facilities management services across the south of England.

They are looking for a fully qualified Mobile Electrician to join their team, covering work on a domestic social housing contract, in and around the Fareham area. They provide Void repairs, maintenance and refurbishment works, so the electrician must have experience working in void properties. Typical duties will include; Electrical test and inspection, reactive repairs and fault finding, full domestic electrical rewiring, electrical installation to kitchens and bathrooms and electrical installation of domestic heating systems.

Electrician (Fareham) Position Overview

• Electrical tests and inspections.
• Reactive repairs and fault finding.

• Electrical installation to kitchens, wet rooms and bathrooms.
• Electrical installation of domestic heating systems.

Electrician (Fareham) Position Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in a similar position
• Maintenance, repairs, fault finding experience on wires and cables
• Experience working in void properties
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
• City and Guilds 2391 Testing and Inspection or equivalent
• 18th Edition Electrical Regulations
• CSCS Card (Desirable)
• Full UK Driving Licence

Electrician (Fareham) Position Remuneration

• Basic Salary £40,000
