LOCATION: Clitheroe. March 2024 relocation to J4 M65 (Lower Darwen)
SALARY: £35’000 - £39’000 plus overtime, bonus scheme (£3000) + progression

We are currently searching for an Electrical Workshop Supervisor to join the team as the company continues to expand.
Essential Electrical Workshop Supervisor skills:
Leading the Panel Shop team, you will organise and manage the workload across the department ensuring that company KPI’s and goals are achieved, manufacturing electrical control panels for bespoke designed machinery.
- Experience building electrical and pneumatic control systems.
- HNC in Electrical.
- Live within a commutable distance from Darwen, Lancashire. This is not a relocation role.
- Collaborate with other team members, including engineers and technicians, to coordinate workflow, resolve technical problems, and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Check and work with electrical schematic drawings.
- Manage stock levels, liaising with the Buying team to ensure stock levels are always adequate and ensuring nonstock items are ordered for project completion.
- Complete control panel tests.
- Support the Electrical Design Engineers with customer electrical installations when needed.
- Lead and support the electrical apprentices.
- Positive attitude and willingness to develop.
