What You’ll Be Doing: As an Electrical Assembly Technician, you’ll be at the heart of our water treatment operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Fabricating, installing, and documenting cables, trays, and rack assemblies
Handling single-phase, three-phase, high-voltage, and low-voltage electrical circuits
Skilfully preparing, soldering, and terminating wire cable harnesses
Reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly prints, and electronic schematics
Troubleshooting electrical instrumentation and mechanical equipment, providing technical solutions
Collaborating with the manufacturing and maintenance team to prevent equipment impact
Programming instrumentation for seamless communication with a central HMI
Rigorously testing antilog inputs and outputs to ensure precise calibration
Configuring equipment using PLC interfaces (GE Fanuc, Allan Bradley, Siemens)
Commissioning special build equipment, both electrically and mechanically
Maintaining product quality through thorough inspections, tests, and repairs
Fearlessly working with live 400V systems
Conducting electrical inspections and testing (EIC, EICR, and PAT)
What We’re Looking For: Your CV should showcase the following skills and qualifications:
City and Guilds Level 3 in electrical installations or equivalent
