Our client, a successful M&E contractor is currently looking to add an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join their team, covering the West Midlands.  This role is due to continued growth within the business and expanding into a new division – this role gives excellent scope to grow develop and manage a team. This role will be working on Commercial and domestic properties within the region, supporting with call-outs, planned maintenance, etc. whilst also looking to grow the business within the division and grow the team
 
Job Description: 
  • The successful applicant would be required to attend service and reactive breakdowns to carry out fault finding, diagnose, and repair in a timely and cost-effective manner providing high levels of first-time fixes and exemplary customer service
  • Carrying out servicing and safety checks, identifying any necessary works/repairs in the process
  • Communicating with the business when the original job order does not reflect the work/repairs that need carrying out to ensure a safe working order
  • Keeping the customer/tenant and the business updated with the progress of works and giving estimated timeframes in circumstances where first time fix is not possible
  • Work towards developing the company to achieve electrical accreditation (NICEIC)
  • Develop new and existing businesses and take a proactive approach  
It would be good to see candidates with: 
  • Time served electrician
  • Proven experience of NICEIC would be an advantage
  • 18th Edition Qualification
  • It's an advantage if the individual has experience of quoting for works
  • Business development experience an advantage – to support growing the division
  • Ideally local to the West Midlands area
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Salary: circa £40,000pa + on-call and overtime payments
