NCS are currently looking for an Electrical Site Supervisor to work for one of the largest privately owned civil engineering and infrastructure specialists based in the Yaxley area

The successful candidate will need considerable experience in National Grid Utilities and Water sectors as well as an appreciation of Process Engineering, and likely to meet all the following criteria.

Essential:

· Considerable experience in Electrical Site Supervising and as a Site Agent for a contractor, delivering projects in a highly regulated environment.

· Working knowledge of contract conditions, CDM regulations, Design Management, Programme and Risk Management and cost control including forecasting, actual cost, and value reporting

· Good knowledge of specifications and testing regime relevant to general civil engineering

· Degree/HNC in Civil Engineering, or equivalent

· TP137 and National Grid ticket

· CSCS / CCNSG Mandatory

· IOSH Managing Safely or SMSTS

· Confined space training

· Excellent communication, people, and team management skills

· Ability to challenge designs and resolve problems to conclusion

· Ability to demonstrate the right behaviours and lead the team to ensure the culture is in line with our Company values

· Ability to demonstrate the right behaviours and motivate and lead the team in line with the Company culture, ensuring high standards of compliance

Monday to Friday £300 per day

Approximately 10 hours per day

Contract is approx. five months
