Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Location: London

Working pattern: Monday to Friday or 4on/4off days and nights

Contract: Permanent, Full time

Salary: £42,000 to £48,000

What we need:

We are looking for a building services engineer who has experience maintaining buildings such as; Commercial offices, Data Centres, Museums, Hospitals or Universities.

Your Key Duties:

  • Preventive Maintenance
  • Planned Maintenance
  • Fault finding
  • Testing
  • Repairing
  • Inspecting
  • Installing & repairing cables & wires
  • Safety and performance standards
  • Troubleshooting issues and reporting
  • Keeping accurate records of jobs using log books / PDA tablets
  • Emergency call outs (optional)

Experience Needed:

  • Minimum 3 years building service maintenance experience
  • Experience with Generators, Electrical panels, testing & inspection, switch gear and transformers.

Qualifications Needed:

  • NVQ or City & Guilds level 3 in electrical installation
  • 18th edition
  • City & Guilds 2391 in inspection and testing
  • Eligible to work in the UK
