Electrical Quantity Surveyor

Multi Trades Recruitment is currently hiring an experienced Electrical Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As an Electrical Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the costs and finances of electrical projects.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct cost analysis and estimation for electrical projects
• Prepare tender and contract documents
• Assess commercial and financial risks
• Monitor project costs and budgets
• Manage subcontractor accounts and payments
• Prepare and submit valuations and claims
• Provide cost advice and support to project teams

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Quantity Surveyor
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of construction contracts and cost management principles
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
