We are representing require an experienced Electrical Project Manager for new projects based in London.

Key responsibilities for this role will be:

· Managing the complete project lifecycle from start to completion.

· Working closely with inhouse commercial staff, while overseeing costs of labour, procurement, final accounts etc.

· Liaise and communicate with Estimating & Commercial teams

· Attending weekly progress meetings, design team meetings, client meetings while acting as a company representative.

· Progress reporting, mark ups, labour planning.

· Ensure Health & Safety is adhered too.

· You will possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Electrical Project Manager working within the M&E Building Services sector

· You will manage On-site staff & Sub-contractors.

· Assume financial responsibility for projects

· Excellent communication & client facing skills

· An extensive understanding of the current edition of BS7671 and the relevant Codes of Practice.

· Effective problem solving & organisational skills.

· Self-motivated with ability to work on own initiative

· Cost control, whilst liaising with the project surveyor to produce monthly cost reporting.

· Quality control.

· Risk control (Programme & Commercial).

· Good level of IT skills

Candidate Requirements:

· You will have Electrical Industry experience.

· Working on projects from £500k - £4m

· Relevant Degree or industry qualifications.

Sector(s) you will have managed projects in:

· Commercial

· Residential

· Hotels

· Refurbishment & Fit-Out

· Cat A & Cat B

· Shell and Core
