Are you an Electrician by trade with some experience managing/supervising commercial projects? Are you looking for a business you can stay with long term and have some stability? Are you looking for a business that invests in its employees, funding them through various courses and qualifications to help better the business? My client is a family run M&E Contractor and want to hear from you.
As Electrical Project Manager, you will manage commercial and residential projects from cradle to grave ranging from £50k to £2million in value. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the clients satisfaction. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Work closely with the design and estimating teams
• Procurement of labour / materials
• Oversee a team of electricians / engineers
• Ensure on-site health & safety is adhered to via frequent risk assessments
• Oversee testing and inspection
• Coordinate with sub-contractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing
The successful candidate will likely have experience managing Commercial and/or Residential to the value of at least £200k. You will be a strong communicator, experienced at leading teams to success ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will be IT literate, loyal, a problem solver and a good team player.
