Are you an Electrical Production Supervisor or similar from a Power / Lighting background looking for varied and exciting days-based role within a well-established yet rapidly growing company moving from strength-to-strength who offer the chance to be play a key part in the success of the business going forward and a clear progression structure to management?

This company are a distributor and bespoke component fitter who work with a broad and varied client base across the power and lighting sectors. They have seen continual growth since their establishment in the 1990s to the point they have an annual turnover of over £15m and are looking to grow their friendly team to help them achieve targets of continued growth.

In this exciting role you will play a pivotal role within a well-established company, managing the tight-knit production team of 3- and the process cycle as you have influence on KPI activity and ongoing business decisions. You will oversee training and mentoring of staff, in addition to leading the production process and have responsibilities with other departments and the senior leadership team.

This role would suit a Production Supervisor from a Power / Lighting / Soldering background, that's looking to work for a well-established yet growing company, taking the reigns of the production processes with opportunities to increase your earnings through overtime.

The Role:

• Supervising tight-knit production team of 3
• Mentor and train junior staff
• Ensure KPIs are hit
• Manage and improve all manufacturing processes
• Liaison with Senior Leadership Team
• Site Based role
• Monday-Friday 8:45am-5:30pm

The Person:

• Production Supervisor or similar
• Electrical background
• Commutable to Reading
