I am currently looking for a Product Engineer (Electrical) for an automotive client based in Milton Keynes on a contract basis.

Here are the key details:

Job Type: Contract - initial 9 months with likely extensions (INSIDE OF IR35)
Rate: £35-40 p/h
Location: Milton Keynes - 2 days a week on site

Key Tasks:

  • Own Design and Release of Electrical Commodities and Electrical Components across various Battery programs
  • Central point of coordination and decision making between product line engineers, customer teams, systems engineers, purchasing, suppliers and manufacturing


About You:

  • Experience of complex Electrical Distribution and Electrical Automotive Systems
  • Experience in specifying and designing automotive/battery pack low voltage, high voltage and control hardware
  • Degree in relevant Engineering discipline with a minimum 5 years relevant experience
