Are you an Operational Manager with an Electrical background looking for an autonomous, varied and wide-ranging role with vast progression prospects and opportunity to earn substantial package with a generous uncapped bonus plan and opportunities to progress?

Are you motivated and looking to work for a well-established, rapidly growing and highly regarded M&E Consultancy, working within an expert team providing exceptional services on a new build, fit outs, building refurbishments, or plant replacement projects in a plethora of sectors from healthcare to logistics?

The Role:

• To manage Project/ Site Managers effectively providing operational support
• To manage and monitor progress and programmes with the Project Managers/ Site to ensure delivery is on time
• To monitor and manage the financial aspects and procurement of each project with the Project Manager
• Maintain best standards in H&S ensuring Project Manager are implementing the correct level of safety and carrying out regular inspections
• Monitor and manage the supply chain
• Assist in the development of company systems and procedures to improve safety, efficiencies and profit

The Person:

• Operational Management experience with full knowledge of electrical Industry
• Tier 1 and Fit Out experience with SMSTS
