Location: Dudley 

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum 

Overview: First Military Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Electrical / Mechanical Design Engineer on behalf of one of our Clients. Our Client is a leading provider of electrical control systems and automation solutions that help manufacturers improve their operations

The standard working hours for this role are Monday - Thursday, 7:30 - 16:30 & Friday 7:00 - 13:00.

This role would suit ex-military candidates and applications from former service personnel are encouraged.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• To provide designs and quotations to customers for electrical control and automation systems for a range of Clients. 
• Build and supply bespoke solutions ranging from simple electrical control panels to full conveyor and robot factory automation systems.
• Dealing with customers to provide quotations and schematics for approval.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Have a positive can-do attitude.
• Experience in a similar role.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.
• Autocad electrical important also 3D designing (desirable).
• Strong maths and analytical skills.
