Electrical Maintenance Operative

The Client is seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team, responsible for ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of electrical systems within residential and commercial type properties. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, hands-on experience with electrical maintenance procedures, and the ability to diagnose and resolve electrical issues promptly.

Description

As a Maintenance Electrician your responsibilities are as follows:

• PPMs
• Reactive maintenance
• Electrical building services maintenance
• Fault finding
• Testing and inspection
• Remedial works
• Minor installations
• Emergency lighting
• Fire alarm tests

Profile

• City & Guilds 2391-52 Inspection & Testing & BS7671 18th Edition (minimum)
• City & Guilds 6187 Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
• City & Guilds 2079 F GAS and ODS Regulations
• NVQ Level 3 Heating and Ventilation,
• Proven experience as an Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer in residential and commercial settings.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical or mechanical systems, components, and regulations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
