CV Screen is recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a well-established manufacturing company. The role is office based in Dudley and a salary of up to £36,000 is available.
ROLE DETAILS
You will be tasked to carry out preventative maintenance tasks as well as be reactive with regards to plant breakdowns and repairs.
You will also be required to carry out installation work on machinery and within the factory and any maintenance work on bay lighting and other electrical services.
SHIFT PATTERNS: (Based on 40 hours)
Week1:
6am-2pm Mon-Fri
Week 2:
8pm-6am Mon-Thurs + £1 p/h antisocial allowance.
Week 3:
1pm-9pm Mon-Thurs, and 10am-6pm Fri
You will also be required to work 1 in 3 Saturdays as well as additional overtime to cover any annual leave.
REQUIRED SKILLS
The Electrical Maintenance Engineer will have the majority of the following experience:
- Installation work on both factory and process machinery.
- Knowledge on fault finding and CCT
- Knowledge with DC drives/inverters would be an advantage.
- Completed apprenticeship/time served or any other relevant qualification in electrical/mechanical engineering would be preferred
- Previous heavy industrial work experience
- Experience of slitting/decoiling machines would be an advantage
- Driving licence preferred but not essential
SALARY:
Basic salary up to £36,000
