Company Overview:

I am currently assisting a leading FM service provider with their ongoing search for an Electrical (multi skilled)maintenanceengineers to work on a commercial site in the heart of the City. My client are looking to take on experienced maintenance electrician to work on a single man site.

  • Salary £42,000 - £43,000
  • Single Site - White Chapel
  • Monday - Friday (Plenty of overtime available in evenings & weekend)
  • Company Progression
  • Further training

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections of electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and emergency systems.
  • Generators
  • Air Conditioning Units
  • BMS
  • Ahus
  • Chilled Beams
  • Reactive maintenance - First on site

Requirements:

  • NVQ / C&G Level 3 in electrical installation and/or Level 3 electrical apprenticeship
  • C&G Level2 Qualification in Mechanical / Or Experience
  • 17th/18th edition
  • Proven experience as an ElectricalMaintenanceEngineer in building services (commercial offices, hospitals, or critical environment preferable)
