Title: Electrical maintenance engineer

The Company: Highly accredited Fire and Electrical company. A large contract has been won and they are now on the lookout for an Additional Electrical Maintenance Engineer.

Package:

-          £37,000 - £42,000 basic

-          20 Days holiday plus Bank holidays (plus an additional day with each year of service, up to 5)

-          Overtime available at 1.5 evenings and Saturdays, 2.0 on Sundays

-          Company Van with fuel card (Can include personal use)

-          Private healthcare

-          Opportunity for career progression and further qualifications

-          Company ipad

Main Responsibilities:

-          Carry out planned / reactive maintenance works

-          Installation and remedial following PMV, EML tests and EICR’s

-          Confident to test and work independently

Knowledge and experience:

-          BS2391-32 Inspection and Testing or previous equivalent (Preferred but not essential)

-          NVQ Level 3 in Installing Electrotechnical Systems and Equipment

-          Full UK driving license

-          Carry out fault finding and testing across a range of electrical systems and installs

-          Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a fully qualified engineer

-          Ability to complete job sheets and test certificates electronically

-          Basic understanding of fire alarm systems (Training can be provided)

-          ECS Card – Gold or better (Preferred but not essential)
