Job Role: Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Middleton
Shift: Days Only
Salary: £50,000 Per Annum

Metalis is working in partnership with a busy manufacturing company in Middleton who due to continuous growth are looking to hire a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer on a permanent contract.

Job Duties:

  • Performs scheduled maintenance and preventative repairs on all electrical systems, equipment and machinery
  • Some mechanical repairs may also be required
  • Review maintenance schedules and adjust them as necessary to keep production functioning at optimum level
  • Provide effective breakdown service, including fault finding and repair of manufacturing machinery and equipment
  • Strict accordance with health and safety

Job Requirements:

  • Background within FMCG essential
  • A multi-disciplined Engineer with an electrical bias
  • 18th Edition qualification
  • Eagerness to learn and develop
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Good accuracy and attention to detail

Salary & Shift:

  • 4 on, 4 off shift pattern
  • 2 days and 2 nights
  • 7am-7pm on Days, 7pm-7am on Nights
  • £50,000 Per Annum
