We are looking for a motivated Electrical Engineer to join a manufacturing company. Reporting directly to the engineering manager you will be a key member in ensuring the production facility is kept running. You will be involved in all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance within their operation. With progressive training and development this company is always is always looking to enhance its employees and their skill sets, whilst additionally being supported by a welcoming team of engineers. The position will appeal to a strong engineer looking for their next challenging role within in a secure and stable company.

Role Description

• • • Day to day maintenance of all plant and machinery.
    • Site electrical installations and upgrade work around the plant.
    • Work under Health & Safety guidelines.
    • Electrical maintenance of the plant, including the ppm system.
    • Routine electrical maintenance and repairs according to planned maintenance schedules, including the completion of risk assessments.
    • Troubleshoot and solve proves problems.
    • Provide production support within the shift team and provide shift cover when required.
    • Assisting other mechanical/operational departments when required.

Skills and Qualifications

• • • Ideally have experience of an Anaerobic Digestion facility or related experience.
    • You must have at least 10 years' experience working in an industrial background.
    • You must have served a recognized Electrical Apprenticeship.
    • Have extensive electrical experience working in a continuous process environment.
    • Have proven experience with fault finding, including troubleshooting, and solving problems.
    • Be familiar with general factory maintenance practices.
    • Be conversant with installation knowledge - PLC's, Controls, automation, and wiring.
