I am currently assisting an FM service provider with their search for a maintenance electrician to join their team. This is a great opportunity for an engineer who is skilled in carrying out reactive and planned electrical plant maintenance; somebody who is looking to learn and increase career progression prospects.

  • Mon to Fri (1pm to 10pm)
  • £42,000 basic + Overtime
  • Static Site - Stratford

Duties:

  • UPS
  • Fire Alarm Testing
  • Emergency Light Testing
  • Lighting
  • Small Electrical Works - light installation, new sockets, re-wiring
  • Motors
  • Power Distribution
  • PAT Testing
  • Sprinkler Testing
  • Control Panel Maintenance
  • Transformers
  • Circuit Breakers
  • Distribution Boards

Requirements:

  • C&G / NVQ Level 3 in Electrical installation (or overseas equivalent)
  • 17th/18th Edition
  • Experience carrying out electrical maintenance in either a commercial office, critical site, hotel, or hospital
