We are looking for a motivated Electrical Engineer to join a manufacturing company. Reporting directly to the engineering manager you will be a key member in ensuring the production facility is kept running. You will be involved in all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance within their operation. With progressive training and development this company is always is always looking to enhance its employees and their skill sets, whilst additionally being supported by a welcoming team of engineers. The position will appeal to a strong engineer looking for their next challenging role within in a secure and stable company.

Role Description

• • Day to day maintenance of all plant and machinery.
  • Routine electrical maintenance of machinery and programs.
  • Management and production input.
  • Complete site Electrical installations and upgrade work around the plant.
  • Working under Health & Safety guidelines.
  • Completion of risk assessments.
  • Tool accountability.
  • Completing department daily work record sheets.
  • Assisting other mechanical/operational departments when required.

Skills and Qualifications

• • Ideally have experience of an Anaerobic Digestion facility or related experience.
  • You must have served a recognised Electrical Apprenticeship.
  • Have extensive Electrical experience working in a continuous process environment.
  • Have proven experience with fault finding, including troubleshooting and solving problems.
  • Be familiar with general factory maintenance practices.
  • Be conversant with basic PLC logic and inverter drives.
