We are seeking an experienced Electrical Installations Lecturer to join our dynamic team. This role involves teaching learners across various levels of Electrical courses, including apprenticeships. The successful candidate will provide an exceptional learning experience, equipping learners with the necessary skills for further study, employment, or apprenticeships.

Day to Day of the Role of an Electrical Installations Lecturer:
  • Deliver high-quality teaching across levels 1 to 3 Electrical courses and apprenticeships.
  • Engage with 16-18-year-old Study Programmes and 19+ learners on Study programmes.
  • Create and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs of all students.
  • Assess and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Maintain a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and contribute to curriculum development.
  • Participate in continuous professional development activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications for the Electrical Installations role:
  • Hold an Electrical Installations qualification or equivalent, or have a minimum of 5 years of industrial experience.
  • Possess a full teaching qualification or be working towards one.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to motivate and inspire learners.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, good IT knowledge, and sound administration skills.
  • Commitment to the development and progress of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.
