Job Opportunity: Electrical Installation Apprenticeship Programme Manager

Location: St Austell

Hours: 22.5 hours per week, 52 weeks a year

Salary: Up to £38,760 (Full-Time Equivalent)

Are you passionate about shaping the next generation of electrical installation professionals? We are seeking an experienced Electrical Installation Apprenticeship Programme Manager to lead our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee the EAL Level 3 Diploma apprenticeship program.
  • Collaborate with industry partners to ensure curriculum alignment with industry standards.
  • Mentor and guide apprentices through their training journey.
  • Monitor progress, assess performance, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Foster a positive learning environment that encourages growth and skill development.

Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation.
  • Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate apprentices.
  • A commitment to promoting safety, quality, and excellence in electrical installation practices.
