As an Electrical Facilities Engineer, you will be responsible for the repairs and maintenance of the organisation's facilities, ensuring smooth operations and driving continuous improvement in facility efficiency. Working closely with the broader facilities team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and functional environment.

Key responsibilities:

Execute carpentry, plumbing, and electrical tasks to ensure structural integrity and compliance.
Perform repairs on structures, fixtures, and equipment, promptly addressing any issues.
Coordinate and execute painting projects, maintaining a visually appealing facility.
Conduct routine maintenance tasks to keep the facility in optimal condition.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues.

Qualifications and experience requirements:

Minimum City & Guilds or BTEC national qualification in a mechanical/electrical engineering discipline.
Completed and apprenticeship
Proven experience in plant and facilities maintenance, with a basic understanding of plumbing.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Safety-conscious with a strong attention to detail.
Flexible in work hours and approach, with the ability to meet deadlines.
Positive and proactive in implementing change for continual improvement.
