Electrical Estates Supervisor - NHS - Blackburn - c£45k

Based at a large site in Blackburn but with some travel to Burnley, you will be responsible for the supervision of a team of around 7 Electrical maintenance staff, to deliver the Electrical aspects of this Hospital contract.

You will have strong knowledge and experience of Low Voltage infrastructures on large complex sites.

For this predominantly office based role, you will supervise an electrically biased workforce and assist in the supervision of other disciplines as necessary and be accountable for the workflow through to the team and to work closely with the helpdesk to enable that to happen as efficiently as possible

You will also support the Technical Services Manager in the planning, processes and implementation of change to improve service and operational quality and customer satisfaction.

Preferably with a recognised apprenticeship, you will have a minimum of C&G level 3, an ONC and ideally an HNC in Electrical Engineering. 18th edition and testing and inspection are also required.
