We are working with a further education provider who are seeking a dedicated full-time Electrical Engineering Trainer to join the team.
As an Electrical Engineering Trainer, your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and delivering high-quality HNC/HND training courses in Electrical Engineering
- Evaluating apprentices' progress and providing constructive feedback
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in Electrical Engineering
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering
- Teaching qualification or willingness to obtain one
- Previous experience in teaching or training in Electrical Engineering
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to nurturing the development of apprentices
