Electrical Engineer

Essentially, the role will be to carry out the Planned Preventative Maintenance and Reactive Activities, in accordance with our contractual agreement.

All applicants must have:-

• Electrical City & Guilds qualified electrician
• 18th edition Electrical Regulations
• Good plumbing ability
• Good building fabric awareness

This is a hands on role and would suit an individual that can work using their own initiative and have a proactive approach to undertake all tasks required, a conscientious and reliable team player and someone that has excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

The ability to planning and supervise Integral's sub-contractors, liaise with the landlord's representatives and their clients is also required.
