Electrical Design Engineer
We are currently working with an established electrical engineering contractor based in Derby, who deliver full design, installation, and maintenance of projects across a variety of sectors.
They are currently on the hunt for an Electrical Design Engineer, with previous experience working in residential, educational, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Electrical Design Engineer - Position Overview
- Designing electrical installation projects from £400K - £4 Million.
- Maintain, implement, and improve electrical systems and their components.
- Identify complex design problems, conduct root-cause failure analyses, and anticipate production issues.
- Ensuring projects meet safety regulations.
- Documenting projects.
- Developing purchase orders.
Electrical Design Engineer - Position Requirements
- Proven experience within a similar role.
- A minimum of 2 years using in Revit.
- Ideally some experience using BIM.
- Excellent organisational skills, punctuality and time keeping.
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and written.
- Ability to work well with others.
Electrical Design Engineer - Position Remuneration
- £50,000 - £65,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
