We are actively looking for an Electrical Commercial Manager to join our clients team based full-time out of our Great Dunmow office,.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and being responsible for the estimating process
  • Handling contract negotiations
  • Managing the flow of work to all estimators across all regional areas
  • Managing costs of electrical projects
  • Authorising sign offs and commercial terms of conditions
  • Assessing incoming jobs for their viability
  • Heavily involved with reviewing and handling tenders for electrical projects

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years’ experience at a similar level
  • Electrical Qualification AND/OR background in commercial surveying/management
  • Electrical component knowledge
  • Experience using JCT Contracts
  • Highly skilled and experienced negotiator
  • Understanding of construction sub-contract orders
  • Able to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Excellent stakeholder management
