Excellent opportunity for an Electrical Assembly Technician with experience in creating wiring harnesses who is looking for a long term contract role with a market leading company who can further your technical skills through specialist training.

They have been established for 100 years and are continuing their expansion to this day. Due to their continued growth they are now looking to add to their specialist team.

In this role you will be working as part of a collaborative team where you will be working on the design and build of specialist electrical equipment that is used to test bespoke equipment throughout the research and development process. You will be working to create wiring harnesses and looms from technical drawings from the Engineering team and work collaboratively to create bespoke products. The role will involve creating electrical looms, designating correct equipment to be used and use electrical and mechanical skills to build the equipment. The role will be working Monday to Friday working a 37.5 hour week working Inside IR35 regulations.

The Role:

• Creating wiring harnesses and looms for specialist test equipment in an R&D environment
• Using electrical and mechanical build skills on bespoke equipment
• Working a 37.5 hour week with a market leading business on a long term 12 month contract

The Person:

• Electrical Assembly Technician with experience in creating wiring harnesses
• Possess good mechanical build skills including drilling, tapping, soldering and crimping
• Looking for an immediate start on a long term 12 month contract with a market leading company
