Hours 9am -5pm Monday to Friday (flexible working hours) hybrid, training in office.

EL PL Solicitors and Fee Earners Litigators working in Personal Injury department, now required due to further expansion of department. Progressive and established legal firm join their experienced teams hybrid or office based. Currently recruiting for EL PL Personal Injury Solicitors and Fee Earners.

EL PL Solicitors Fee Earners and Litigators

Effectively manage own case load with valid file handling experience and litigation experience.

Take instructions from clients, vet claim at initial stages, assess funding requirements.

Investigate limitation, liability, causation and assess quantum

Advising clients, litigation work subject to experience and expertise.

Draft court documents where appropriate

Evidence gathering and negotiation work

Court proceedings/compliance with pre-issue protocols

Comply with office procedures

Fee Earner, Solicitors, Lawyers, EL PL, RTA, Personal Injury, ILEX, Litigators RTA, Litigation

Qualifications/skills

1 year minimum EL PL experience

Basic typing skills/computer skills

Good organisational and planning skills

Good telephone manner/ability to communicate effectively

ILEX exams preferred
