Job Description
Gloucestershire County Council are currently seeking an experienced and knowledgeable EHCP Caseworker to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting annual reviews and EHCP case work. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the code of practice and be able to work closely with schools, parents, and other professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct annual reviews and EHCP case work
- Work collaboratively with schools, parents, and other professionals
- Ensure compliance with the code of practice
- Provide support for cooperative team communications
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as an EHCP case worker
- Good knowledge of annual reviews practice and code of practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to come to the office (Shire Hall, Gloucester) at least once per week
