Your new company

You will be working in higher education, based in Birmingham, within a busy faculty. You will work with them on a temporary to permanent basis with the ability to start as soon as possible.

Your new role

You will act as a first point of contact for the faculty and manage all their engagement through a number of systems including share point, CRM and outlook. You will set up meetings for the faculty and its team leaders whilst managing email communication. You may be asked to minute the meetings, so working in a previous secretarial position would be beneficial in this role.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this Administrative role, you will come from a secretarial position with experience of email management, minute taking and working on previous CRM systems. Experience of working within higher education is desired but not essential to perform to a high standard in this role. You must be happy to work on a hybrid working model.

What you'll get in return

You will gain experience of working within a busy faculty in a fast-paced higher education institute. You will have the ability to settle into the role quickly. You will work on a temporary to permanent basis.
